What makes your items high quality?
We use clean, plant-based ingredients. We take absolutely no shortcuts, never use any preservatives or additives. You are always getting quality, hand-selected ingredients in every bite. Our items are delicious, clean, and contain nutrient dense ingredients. Health Goddess is about more than a snack/dessert!
Where are the snacks/desserts made?
The equipment used is strictly for the production of Health Goddess items.
On days we bake and prepare our boxes, our kitchen is only used for HG.
What size are the snacks/desserts?
All our pieces are 2.75” x 2.75”.
Delivery
The items are carefully wrapped with food safe cellophane; in packages of six (6) pieces. We wrap the packs with wax paper and seal them with our logo sticker. All items are then placed in our HG slide box (which can contain up to 2 packages). Your order is finally placed inside our HG bags. Ready for delivery!
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund.
We aim for order accuracy and make sure that everything arrives in good condition. If ever you are unsatisfied, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
When should I expect the delivery?
Our drivers are on the road from 9AM to 5PM on the scheduled delivery day (every Friday).
Does someone need to be present to accept the delivery?
Someone needs to be present at the delivery address to receive the order. Our driver will make one attempt to contact you. If he is not able to reach you, your order will unfortunately be returned to us.
We will then contact you to schedule a pick-up time (MTL) or we can arrange to deliver your order a second time (additional delivery fee).
If your order is for a gift, we can deliver it directly to the recipient.
At check-out, please add the recipient’s contact information for the delivery. You can also add a special message that you would like to write (in notes at checkout). It will be our pleasure to write your message and include it on our complimentary card.
Storing
How should I store the snacks/desserts?
Our snacks are best kept in the refrigerator in an airtight container (they last up to a week).
They can be consumed at room temperature; however, we find eating them cold enhances the flavours.
Yes, our snacks and desserts are freezer friendly. Simply place them in a container (we recommended using parchment paper to separate each piece when stacking them). Once ready to eat, let them thaw out at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. They will be ready to enjoy!
